Construction Management at Risk. This method offers end-to-end project delivery, encompassing a thorough preconstruction phase and the supervision of subcontractors throughout construction. It involves building the project virtually before any physical construction begins.
Design-Build. A fully integrated design-build team fosters collaboration among the designer, construction manager, and trade partners. This approach serves as a unified source for performance and risk, promoting innovation, ensuring cost certainty, and advancing diversity and inclusion.
Integrated Project Delivery (IPD). As a delivery methodology, IPD fully integrates project teams to harness the collective knowledge of all members, optimizing the project outcome. This approach emphasizes efficiency and active involvement of all participants across the design, fabrication, and construction phases, maximizing the principles of Lean construction.
Program/Project Management. This model offers construction management services to an owner managing multiple concurrent projects. The program manager acts as the owner's representative, establishing budgets, schedules, procedures, and policies for a multi-project building program.
Construction Management as Agent. In the Construction Management as Agent (CM Agency) delivery method, the architect and CM each act as the owner's agent. The owner procures all trades and holds the contracts, with the construction manager coordinating the trades.
